World Scientific and Engineering Academy and Society  پنجمین کنفرانس امنیت اطلاعاتی و اطلاعات شخصی را در چارچوب کنفرانس های بین المللی WSEAS در ونیز ایتالیا برگزار می کند. نخستین نشست تخصصی این کنفرانس با عنوان رمزگذاری دیجیتال با روش Watermarking توسط دکتر سید کمال واعظی٬ از وزارت علوم٬ تحقیقات و فناوری ایران ارائه می شود.

Digital watermarking is the best way to protect intellectual property from illicit copying. Digital watermarks hide the identity of an image or audio file in its noise signal. A pattern of bits inserted into a digital image, audio or video file that identifies the files copyright information. The purpose of this session is to provide copyright protection for intellectual property that's in digital format. In this career we review digital watermarks an application of steganography. The research interests of Dr Vaezi include :Electronic Commerce , Human and Computer Interaction (HCI), Ethical and Legal Aspects of Information Systems, Intellectual Property and also application of information technology in Strategic Management. Dr vaezi has several published papers and currently he is leading 3 state projects in national level. Dr vaezi as a visitng faculty member has invited by some universities for graduate courses.
