Millions of dollars worth of product innovation, technology and equipment will be on display at this year’s 2008 IEEE PES Transmission and Distribution Conference and Exposition scheduled for
Powering Toward the Future has been selected as the theme for the event. The event has been created to provide attendees with information that concentrates on the world of transmission and distribution and all of its elements.
With the electric utility industry facing the continuing challenges of system reliability and the need to improve operating efficiencies, this year’s event takes on added importance. Electric utilities are in need of the best technological and product solutions to allow them to improve their operating performance.

چهارمین کنفرانس بین المللی مسایل فنی و فیزیکی در مهندسی قدرت (TPE)، در سال ۱۳۸۷ در دانشگاه پیتشتی رومانی برگزار می شود. اعضای این کنفرانس بین المللی در کنفرانس های پیشین، انستیتو فیزیک آکادمی علوم آذربایجان (باکو)، دانشگاه تربیت معلم آذربایجان (تبریز)، و دانشگاه قاضی ترکیه بودند. اکنون رومانی نیز به این جمع اضافه شده و میزبانی کنفرانس آتی را برعهده خواهد داشت.
